The active substance in Dragon Pharma Arimidex is Anastrozole 1 mg, which is a nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor.

It works by stopping the synthesis of estrogen, lowering serum estradiols and restoring testosterone levels. Athletes and bodybuilders use it during their steroid cycle to prevent excess estrogen symptoms like water retention and gynecomastia. Arimidex is also used to treat breast cancer after surgery and metastasis in pre and post-menopausal women. It inhibits androgen to estrogen conversion in peripheral tissues. Recommended dosage for men is 0.5-1 mg per day and for women is 0.25-1 mg per day.

This medication may cause various side effects including chest tightness, swelling, hoarseness, and pain. It is not recommended for certain groups including pregnant or lactating women, those with liver or kidney issues, and children. It may also affect bone density and cause drowsiness or dizziness. Overdose cases have not been reported.

1 mg Arimidex is used during cycles and for post cycle therapy to restore normal testosterone levels and prevent negative side effects. It is commonly used alongside Dianabol and Dragon Pharma Cypionat 250 and with Finasteride to stop estrogen conversion.
